How do I register for the conference?
Click here to register for 2025 Annual Conference. The PSC team will ensure that you have all that you need leading up to the conference.
What is included in my conference registration?
Access to the conference, sessions, receptions, and all meals. Hotel cost is separate. Additional activities like golf and wine tasting are separate.
How do I book a room at The Greenbrier?
After you complete your conference registration, you will receive an email with details on how you can book your room within the discounted PSC room block. Conference registration is required first in order to book a room.
How late can I book a room at the Greenbrier in the PSC room block?
The PSC room block offers registrants discounted room rates at the Greenbrier. The room block will close Friday, April 4.
Are there sponsorship opportunities available for this conference?
Yes, sponsorships are still available. Our events could not be possible without the support of our membership. Contact the sponsorship team for more information.
How long is the conference?
The 2025 Annual Conference is Sunday, April 27 through 3pm Tuesday, April 29.
When will the agenda be available?
ASAP. Agenda updates are available here.
What is the attire?
Business casual attire is encouraged for all sessions except for the Monday evening banquet which is cocktail attire.
What is the cost of parking at The Greenbrier?
Valet parking is $25.00 per vehicle, per day. Self parking is complimentary.
How far is the drive to The Greenbrier from D.C.?
The drive from the DC area is about 4 hours.
What is the closet airport?
The Greenbrier Valley Airport (LWB). United provides flights to Greenbrier Valley Airport out of Dulles and Chicago.
What is the closest Amtrak Station?
If traveling by train, the White Sulphur Springs stop is located right across the street from the Greenbrier. There is a shuttle available to bring to you the hotel upon arrival.
What is the cancellation policy for my conference registration?
If received on or before April 11, cancellations of conference registrations will result in a full refund of conference fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations after April 11. Registration transfers to another person within your company are accepted at any time.
What is The Greenbrier's cancellation policy for room reservations?
Room reservation cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival and must be coordinated directly with the Greenbrier.
What does the spouse/guest fee cover?
Spouses and guests are welcome at the conference. The fee provides the spouse or guest the opportunity to participate in the networking receptions, breakfasts, lunch and dinners.
What activities are spouses/guests allowed to attend?
Spouses and guests are invited to all networking receptions, breakfasts, and dinners. Spouses/guests can sign up for any of the additional activities as well.
What are the details of the golf tournament on Sunday, April 27?
The tournament will be an 18 hole scramble. It will begin at 11:00 am, but be on course by 10:30 am. Golfers will be playing the Old White Course, which is located on property. Advance registration is required for this activity.
What are the details of the golf tournament on Tuesday, April 29?
The tournament is 9 holes and begins at 4:00 pm. Golfers will be playing the Meadows Course, which is located on property. Advance registration is required for this activity.
Is there a shuttle to the golf course?
There is a shuttle that picks up from the north entrance of the hotel. The golf course is also within walking distance on property.
How do I get to the sporting clays class and what time does it start?
Registrants will catch a shuttle to the gun club at the North Entrance of the Hotel. There are two classes. One Sunday, April 27 at 1pm (please be at the North Entrance at 12:45 pm). The other on Monday, April 28 at 4pm (please be at the North Entrance by 3:45pm). Advance registration required for this activity.
Where will the wine tasting activity be held on Sunday, April 27 and what time does it begin?
It will be held in the Crystal Room and will begin at 3 p.m. Advance registration is required for this activity.
When will I receive the details of the extra activity I paid for?
If you signed up for an extra activity (golf, wine tasting, tours, sporting clays) PSC will send out logistical information a few days prior to your activity so that you know where to be and at what time.
When is the last day I can sign up for an additional activity?
The last day to sign up for our optional additional activities is Friday, April 21. These activities include golf, wine tasting, tours, wine tasting, etc.
Are there options for my strict dietary requirements?
The majority of our conferences include buffet style meals, with a variety of foods. If you require a special diet, please contact PSC Events at events@pscouncil.org or 703-875-8059.
Can you help me justify this event to my boss?
Contact the events team to receive a justification letter.
